The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for rectification of the existing Hall Annex at Ipswich State High School, located at 1 Hunter Stret, Brassall QLD 4305.


Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that hold the appropriate QBCC builders licence to undertake the entire scope of works, including design responsibilities.


To be eligible, Contractors must hold:
• Current QBCC licence class: Builder – Low Rise, or greater;
• Public Liability insurance to $20M
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to minimum $1m
• Work Cover insurance
