| The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for an outdoor play area and link to existing building at Redbank State School, located at 9 Brisbane Road, Redbank, Qld.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that hold the appropriate QBCC builders licence to undertake the entire scope of works, including design responsibilities.
To be eligible, Contractors must hold:
• Current QBCC licence class: Builder – Low Rise, or greater;
• Public Liability insurance to $20M
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to minimum $1M
• Work Cover insurance
