BMS Controls System are used to monitor and control the ventilation and air conditioning system on the campus maintaining the internal building conditions to their predetermined set points.
The System also controls the chiller plant used to cool chilled water which is circulated throughout the campus and supplied to the air handling units, the charge/discharge cycle of the chilled water storage tank, monitor power consumption for the site and controlling chiller operations to stay below the site power limit.
The BMS Controls Maintenance is to provide the ongoing servicing, calibration and adjustment of the controllers and sensors that are part of the system, to ensure it functions on-demand, within its design and program parameters as well as to identify any sensor faults and errors or equipment and controller which is operating incorrectly so that they can be repaired, recalibrated or adjusted to function as programmed.
