The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of the services upgrade to
at Clontarf Beach State High School, located in King Street, Clontarf QLD 4019 as part of the (SIE) School Infrastructure
Enhancement program.
The services reticulation and upgrade as well as associated building works to the existing Block J, Hall and Gymnasium. The
position of the buildings are located along the Southern Boundary of the school campus (along Isobel Street) with adequate site
access and working space. All works are to be completed by January 2022.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
- Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
- Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000
QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are
required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
