The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for Principal Consultancy Services for the Concept Design of the Mooloolaba Marine Operations Base.
The scope for this consultancy includes provision of design services and preparation of site concept plans and documentation required to enable future advancement to detailed design and construction.
A Quantity Surveyors report will be required to inform a cost estimate of concept design proposal.
Proposals and offers should be lodged by completing and supplying the following documents:
- Completion of MSQ21059_Section 4 Supplier Response
- Completion of MSQ21059_Form B Tender Response please ensure the evaluation criteria have been addressed within Form B)
- Completion of Short Form Consultancy Services – Offer Form
- Copies of current insurance certificates
- Copies of QBCC Licences
