The purpose of this tender is to establish a panel of Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) capable of providing TLI Transport and Logistics Training Package, specifically units of competency contained within qualifications TLI21920 Certificate II in Track Protection and TLI32715 Certificate III in Track Protection, to Queensland Rail's Contractors.
