The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of the amenities blocks at Macgregor State High School, located at Blackwattle St, Macgregor Qld 4109, as part of the SIE program.
The scope of works includes the demolition of the existing facilities and construction of new male and female amenities.The position of the amenites are located in E & F Blocks in the middle of the school. All works are to be completed by May 2022..
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
- Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
- Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1 million
QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a valid QBCC builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
