Property Support Advisor(s) for the Logan and Gold Coast Faster Rail Project

Logan and Gold Coast Faster Rail (LGCFR) is currently supported by a Property Lead and one Property Advisor. LGCFR requires additional suitably qualified and experienced Property Advisor(s) to deliver the property team's 'Government land Acquisition' and the 'Property Management tasks and support the property team as In-House Contractor(s).  The role of Property Advisor(s) is required full time during the Development phase of the project. TMR will determine whether resources will be required beyond the Development Phase.

LGCFR may consider multiple resources to support the project team due to the property requirements for this project. LGCFR invite suppliers to propose the resourcing level to complete the below deliverables/milestones by December 2023.
