Tender Overview

South Bank Corporation is seeking Tenders for cladding replacement and awning installation works at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre (BCEC). Works under contract will generally include; The BCEC building has been identified as containing Aluminium Composition Panels (ACP) in areas of the building façade. Following a full investigation by fire engineers and submission and acceptance of a Fire Safety Strategy Brief (FSSB) to Queensland Fire and Emergency services two façade areas require rectification.
