GPS Based Offender Monitoring Technologies
DCS seeks to establish a fit-for-purpose, fully operational GPS Based Offender Monitoring System to monitor offenders subject to interim or continuing supervision orders with an EM condition. DCS is seeking Offers to provide GPS monitoring technologies including: - Provision of a solution that is installed and configured within the physical confines of the existing secure QEOC Infrastructure Room and capable of integration into the existing DCS Data Network; - Supply and maintenance of GPS devices (one or two track) and accoutrements to be used by an offender under the supervision of QCS; - Training of designated QCS and other Agency staff to a level of proficiency such that they can train other personnel in operation, installation, adjustment and basic maintenance of all items of the equipment installed and provided by the Offeror; and, - Provision of a 24/7 help desk/support service, including on-site support as required.
