The purpose of this Invitation to Offer (ITO) is to invite offers from suitably qualified suppliers for the provision of ICT Consultancy Services for the delivery of design and migration approach for the pilot for an Enterprise Active Directory (EAD).
The scope of this ITO includes the provision of ICT Consultancy Services for the development and implementation of an EAD Pilot.
The Contractor is required to provide one or more suitable ICT Consultants to complete the ICT Consultancy Service to: (a) Review present design; (b) Review of the test strategy; (c) Gathering of business and technical requirements across the enterprise; (d) Validate business and technical requirements; (e) Enterprise Active Directory detailed design incorporating best practice and learnt expertise; (f) Recommendations for a replication configuration of the Active Directory to support the pilot and beyond; (g) Detailed Migration Approach including users, groups, PCs, files and Printers; (h) Implementation of Active Directory based on detailed design to allow for pilot testing; (i) Migration of up to 30 users and workstations into the Active Directory forest with the assistance of TMR staff; (j) Support for an approximate 20 day Pilot project; and (k) File and Print functionality migration strategy for users in preparation for the eventual production roll-out to the remainder of TMR.
