Offers are requested for the refurbishment of existing Staff Amenities located at the Southport Courthouse – Davenport Street and Hinze Street Southport Queensland. Work is required on Levels Ground through to Level Four. Work includes demolition of existing and construction of new facilities. The works will require execution in a short time frame, after hours so not to disrupt the operation of the building and its occupants. To keep minimise interruption to the building operational requirements, a time for a general site visit will be made by the Architect during the tender period, the date for such a visit will be December 9th, 2011 12:30pm. Tenderers will be welcome to attend. Submissions for this project are to be electronically via the eTender site.
Where a PQC Level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide tender documents, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer is appropriately registered under the Queensland Government's PQC System for that PQC Level (or higher) and categories for which the tender is invited.
