Request for Offer for Construction of a Sewer Main at Hoya Road, Boonah
Queensland Urban Utilities request offers from suitably experienced organisations to improve the hydraulic capacity of the existing sewer mains by:
1 Construction of a new DN100 Trunk Sewer Rising Main 445m Using open trenching technology, construct a new DN100 new rising main to a new discharge MH. The new rising main will replace the existing DN50 PE sewer rising main. The existing sewer will be end capped and retained for possible reuse for other services downstream. 2 Construct new gravity Main 880 metres Using a combination of open trenching and pipe jacking methodology. 3 Construct new discharge maintenance Hole and a 12.5m tall vent pole. NA A new 12.5m tall prefabricated steel vent pole will be installed near the discharge MH.
