PSG-0846-09 Gladstone Services Corridor
The Gladstone Services Corridor will produce a defined pipeline corridor which maximises the number of future pipeline services able to be constructed within the 110m wide corridor designated under the Gladstone State Development Area July 2008 as Materials Transportation and Services Corridor. The documentation produced will allow the consultant to call and manage construction tenders and the Property Services Group to license a specified width of the corridor to a pipeline or service owner allowing the installation, operation and maintenance of a pipeline or service.
The Gladstone Material Transportation and Services Corridor is an item of supporting infrastructure necessary for the successful development of the Gladstone State Development Area. The provision of supporting infrastructure for the State development area is one the objectives of the Department of Planning and Infrastructure.
