The agency has three implementations of the .NET Framework (EQ.NET, DETA.NET and OneFramework). These frameworks have been utilised by projects over the past 10 years for the implementation of essential line of business applications by providing a suite of core reusable components, consistent build processes and seamless integration into the agencies infrastructure. The team develop and maintain these implementation, provide quality assurance (in the form of Code Reviews), provide advice and support and research the implementation of new technology into the development environment. The transformation of the CIS application to .Net 4 requires .Net Technical Specialists with skills and knowledge above those available in the current Corporate to complete that activity. The transformation is a key deliverable of the 2011-2012 Program of Work.
