View Contract Details

The Contractor must supply third party Quality, Safety and Environmental certification services for RoadTek (the Customer) over a three year period:

• Provide a three year QES Audit Programme for RoadTek (the Customer), see attachment A. This programme must meet the JAS/ANZ requirements.
  
• As per the QES Audit Programme, conduct a recertification audit of the RoadTek management system throughout Queensland to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and AS/NZS 4801. To ensure no disruption to current certifications which are due to expire on 02 September 2012, this audit must be conducted between May and July 2012.
  
• As per the QES Audit Programme, conduct surveillance audits for the three year certification period at biannual intervals. To meet this requirement four surveillance audits must be performed, two in 2013 and two in 2014.
  
• As far as possible, the same auditors are to be used for all audits.
  
• Provide audit reports including non conformances to RoadTek (the Customer) within one month of audit completion.
  
• Provide acceptance or otherwise to RoadTek (the Customer) Action Plans (which manage non conformances), within one month of submission by RoadTek (the Customer).
  
• Provide copies of Quality, Safety and Environment Certificates on re-certification.
  
• Travel (including accommodation) arrangements for the auditor/s to complete the Audit Programme will be arranged by RoadTek (the Customer) in liaison with the Contractor. Additional costs incurred during travel (meals and cab fares) will be paid at cost upon proof of purchase, up to the values detailed in Directive 9/11 Domestic Travelling and Relieving Expenses, attached. 
• Meetings relating to certification / auditing will generally be held at RoadTek’s premises - Floor 7 / 313 Adelaide Street, Brisbane.
