| Arts Queensland is seeking consultancy services for The Cultural Places Pilot Evaluation Project. This project is jointly funded by the Australia Council for the Arts, Arts Queensland and Rockhampton Regional Council. The evaluation is a core component of the pilot, focused on a) determining the effectiveness of the pilot in meeting its objectives and the outcomes and impacts for the Rockhampton community, b) identifying what learnings can be extrapolated about arts and cultural vibrancy in regional communities, and c) considering the effectiveness of processes used to deliver the pilot. Offerors are required to submit a proposal that addresses the evaluation criteria (Part 4 of the Invitation to Offer document) and outlines the proposed methodology to be used, in addition to completing the response forms in Part 6 of the Invitation to Offer document.
