Standing Offer Arrangement for the Supply and Delivery of Maintenance Materials and Consumables
Offers are invited for entering into a Standing Offer Arrangement for the Supply and Delivery of Electrical, Plumbing, Wheels and Castors and Belts and Bearings maintenance materials and consumables for use within facilities maintained by THSD.
The THSD has for this invitation to offer sought offers in respect of the following schedules: a. Electrical Maintenance and Consumables – Schedule 1, b. Plumbing Maintenance and Consumables – Schedule 2, c. Wheels and Castors – Schedule 3, and d. Bearings and Belts – Schedule 4.
The purpose of this model is to allow offerers the ability to offer prices for individual schedules and/or all schedules and maintain market competitiveness. Although an offer may be for one or more schedules an offerer must have the ability to fully supply all products specified in a schedule for which an offer is submitted.
