Provision of Telecommunications Management (TM) and Associated Services
ITO No: ICT3189 invited offers for:
• Telecommunications Services Desk including Inventory Management and an associated CMDB; • Telecommunications Single Bill Consolidation Services; and • Technical Design Services, including Design and Quotation, Project Management and Consultancy Services.
A mandatory requirement is for inclusion of associated management services for any resultant Contract(s), including methodologies to implement the Contract and work in partnership with QH, strategies to transition to and from the Contract, and provision of the service delivery functional requirements.
This contract (ICT3189A) is for the Telecommunications Single Bill Consolidation Services. The other components have been engaged under ICT3189B.
