Provide advice on the optimum depth below ground for the Ripley Town Centre Station and the width of the corridor in the vicinty of Ripley Road. This level must satisfy both the government in terms of constructibility and affordibility an the town centre developer in terms of town planning and the height of Ripley Road. The optimum depth should take into account an interim option of a Town centre with no station solution.
Provide more information on the potention for flooding of the station from a water course located to the west, and to recommend ways of mitigating this.
Prepare indicative relative costs for the two station solutions identified in earlier studies (details in consultancy brief) and for any recommended solution for this study.
