Using all available data undertake an assessment of the condition of the existing Mount Lindesay Highway at 8 individual locations between chainages 15.5 and 31.3 over a total length of 5.95km. Assess the likely causes of the pavement failure. Prepare a range of options for remediation against a range of criteria as set out in the current guidelines for NDRRA funding and select a preferred option. Prepare a Type 2 Business Case. Prepare preliminary and detailed design documents and drawings. Prepare scheme estimates and contract documentation.
