Maintenance of Fire Protection Systems and Equipment
The Museum of Tropical Queensland (MTQ) located in Townsville (a campus of Queensland Museum) requires a suitably qualified contractor for provision of the maintenance of Fire Protection Systems and Equipment in accordance with AS1851-2005 (plus amendments) and the relevant sections of the Building Fire Safety Regulation 2008 and any other relevant legislation relating to the maintenance of prescribed fire safety installations.
Services are required for a potential contract term of 1 year with an option to extend at the Principal’s discretion for a further 2 x 1 year contract terms (no more than 3 years in total).

Comments: The fixed contract price is for the 1st Year Preventative Maintenance Services (including pressure testing of 1st year ABE 9kg fire extinguishers), with CPI to apply for any Principal invoked extension periods.<br />Any Breakdown Maintenance Services &/or parts will be additional to the fixed price (charged at a fixed rate).
