Provision of Civil Contractor - Stage 2A and Stage 2B - The Village - Oonoonba
You are invited to submit a lump sum tender to complete civil works for Stage 2 A and Stage 2 B of The Village, Oonoonba, Townsville. There shall be one Principal Contractor for the development. The Principal Contractor will be responsible to coordinate and administer all civil construction. There may be periods where the Principal Contractor is required to coordinate and administer other construction activity such as landscaping and electrical works.
