A Mobile Medical Outreach and Training Clinic (MMOTC) is required to address barriers to accessing primary health care from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders. The vehicle will travel to rural communities outlying from Toowoomba, Queensland. The aim of the MMOTC is to detect, intervene and reduce the risks of chronic disease while providing fundamental and culturally safe primary health care to indigenous communities.
