Tenders are invited for the Calliope Crossroads Project to construct an interchange at the intersection of the Bruce Highway and Dawson Highways, Calliope, 20km south west of Gladstone. The project also includes the contruction of roadworks, 2 bridges, 2 signalised intersections, lighting, drainage, safety barrier, guardrail, landscaping and the demolition of exisiting structures. Tenderers are notified that prequalification levels for this project are R4 B3 F6 and only prequalified contractors will be allowed access to the documents.
A compulsory Preclose of Tender meeting will be held at 11:00am on Monday, 23 April 2012 at the Gladstone Regional Council office, Calliope.
The successful tenderer is required to meet the requirements of The National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry and The Australian Government Building and Construction OHS Accreditation Scheme as this project is Federally Funded.
