The Department of Communities (Disability Services) required a suitably qualified person or organisation to undertake evaluative research on outcomes for people with an intellectual or cognitive disability who exhibit severely challenging behaviour. The research will investigate the effectiveness of the department's Positive Futures initiative in achieving good outcomes for adults who receive services or support provided or funded by the department.
