To develop Campus Master Plans for the Bundaberg and Gladstone Campuses and the Precinct Plan for the CQIRP that will support and give effect to CQUniversity’s growth and renewal strategies. The Plans will: a) Provide a common strategic vision for long-term sustainable growth and development: b) Provide a basis for consistent decision making over the long-term; c) Provide a basis for project and resource allocation priorities; and d) Facilitate alignment and understanding of and give confidence to CQUniversity Council, executive, staff, key stakeholders, potential business partners and the public with regards to the development of the CQUniversity estate.
