Relocation of the Supreme Court and the District Court Brisbane
In late January 2012, the Department received offers in response to its Expression of Interest (DJAG0691112). Companies were evaluated against select criteria and consequently, this invitation is being issued to a number of companies as being the preferred offerors for this final process.
The new building is located at 415 George Street Brisbane on the corner of George and Roma Streets adjacent to the Brisbane Magistrates Courts. Completion of the new building and occupation is expected to commence in early July 2012.
