DETESOA 101218 - Supply of Cleaning Consumables for Schools
The Department is seeking offers from cleaning consumable providers to establish a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) for the provision of cleaning consumables for Queensland State Schools.
The aim of establishing an SOA is to create cost savings, whilst complying with the Queensland Government State Procurement Policy. These savings will be found through a number of areas including the competitive tendering process, general administrative savings to be found in removing the absolute need to obtain quotes during the life of the agreement, streamlined procedures and fixed prices for set periods. To ensure an appropriate standard of service and competitiveness in costs, quotations may still be called in certain instances.
