Unitywater is seeking Tenders for the provision of approximately 2,700 sqm Net Lettable Area (NLA) of leased office accommodation for its Northern Corporate Centre on the Sunshine Coast. Unitywater is looking to consolidate its current fragmented office accommodation into one northern corporate facility by 1 September 2013. This Request for Tenders (RFT) seeks offers for suitable leased accommodation for Unitywater’s Northern Corporate Centre from the market place.
