Invitation to Offer for the Supply of Medical Advisory Services to QFRS
The Department of Community Safety, on behalf of the Queensland Fire and Rescue Service, is issuing an Invitation to Offer for the Supply of Medical Advisory Services, with the view to establishing a Standing Offer Arrangement.
F3076 and A3168 are being issued together and are comprised of the following documents: - Parts A and B details the Conditions of Offer and Conditions of Contract - are the same for both QFRS and QAS - Part C details the Statement of Requirements - pages 45-49 are the QFRS requirements, while pages 50-53 are QAS requirements - Part D details the Evaluation Process - pages 54 & 55 are for QFRS, while pages 56 & 57 are QAS - Part E is the Form of Offer and Offer Response for QFRS only (the QAS Form of Offer is available on Tender A3168)
