This is a Lump Sum contract for the substructure replacement of Beausangs Lane Bridge at Harpers Creek Conondale in accordance with the drawings and specifications provided. The existing bridge deck units are in fair condition and have an estimated life of up to 20 years. To extend the life of the bridge the substructure of existing timber piles requires replacing. The existing bridge is approximately 55 metres in length and crosses the upper reaches of the Mary River.
