CONSTRUCTION AND FITOUT OF ACCUTE OUTPATIENTS AREA - ACCUTE MENTAL HEALTH BUILDING
Offers are invited by suitably qualified and experienced entities to enter into a contract with the Townsville Health and Hospital Service (THHS) to construct an out patients waiting room in the administrations and reception area of the Acute Mental Health Building at 100 Angus Smith Drive, Douglas, Townsville. The fit out is for an area of approximately 67 square meters. The works shall be in compliance with the plans and specifications provided at the site inspection and this Offer document.
The scope of works and the technical specifications and plans for the works have been prepared. A copy of those documents is able to be obtained from Mr. Roderick McHugh, Project Manager (4796 7992) at the mandatory site inspection briefing.
