Arts Queensland wishes to establish a Standing Offer Arrangement of suitably licensed and pre qualified Contractors to undertake works to a value of <$250,000 at buildings owned and managed by Arts Queensland. The size, type and value of work to be undertaken under the Standing Offer Arrangement will vary substantially and in all projects parties under this arrangement will be provided with either a Scope of Works and/or Specification clearly defining the project requirements.
