Development of a Games Route network (GRN) concept design that meets requirements of the Bid book for Commonwealth Games 2018 and TMR planning and design guides. The GRN should cover all Games locations including Brisbane, Townsville and Cairns. Mandatory pre-qualified levels TP3, TE3, BD1, HE2, HD1, and GE1 apply to this engagement. Responses are to be placed in the tender box located at 36-38 Cotton St Nerang by 12 noon Tuesday 18/12/2012. Tenderers should note that the tender assessment method for this contract will include the opening of the second (price component) envelopes of the top two qualification ranked offers.
