The Director-General, Department of Transport and Main Roads, pursuant to Section 72 of the Transport Operations (Passenger Transport) Act 1994, call for Tenders for one (1) Taxi Service Licence. As part if the Queensland Government's ClimateQ strategy, a preference is given to tenders for conventional taxi service licences where the operator agrees to purchase and operate a green vehicle.
