The objectives of this contract is to provide expert consultancy and facilitation of internal resources to : • Conduct analysis of available qualitative and quantitative data to develop themes, insights and diagnostic hypotheses for the heritage cultures • Engage Senior Leadership Team members to identify their understanding of heritage cultures as well as their perspective on the desired future culture and their commitment to shaping future culture. • Develop a description of the desired future culture for the department. • Develop a plan of interventions to align cultures around the new TMR vision & strategy.
