Replacement of the Rex Creek suspension bridge at Mossman Gorge in Daintree National Park
The objectives of the Replacement of the Rex Creek Suspension Bridge project are as follows: a) Demolition and removal of current Rex Creek Suspension Bridge from site; including abutment frames, cables, hangers, decking and fencing. It does not include removal of the abutment footing or anchor blocks. b) Fabrication of the required components of the new suspension bridge as per attached plans c) Installation of new suspension bridge on site to the upgraded anchor blocks within 12 weeks of commencement.
