The State of Queensland acting through the Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) requires the services of a professional contractor to manage and implement a new Brisbane Strategic Transport Model (BSTM) network build. This network build will work towards the construction of a consolidated BSTM model. The new network will ensure the model has improved fundamental components on which to provide a more accurate, functional, resilient and efficient BSTM model.
