The Department of Justice and Attorney-General is intending to undertake the refurbishment of exterior façade of the existing Southport Court House building located at Davenport Street and Hinze Street Southport Queensland. The work includes demolition of existing and construction of external claddings, external works and minor landscaping. The works will require execution in a short time frame, and work will need to be coordinated so not to disrupt the operation of the building and its occupants.
