Queensland Urban Utilities (QUU) has a requirement to engage a Managed Print Provider (MPP) in order to provide a Managed Print Service (MPS). QUU envisage that the relationship between the MPP and QUU will be one of innovation, collaboration and support.
QUU expectations across the length of the contract include that the below activities will occur:
1. Annual Road show of future print trends and technologies. 2. Demonstrate innovation through the recommendations and the provision of hardware to ensure QUU is the recipient of a state of the art print service. 3. Provide ongoing recommendations as print trends change, to ensure that QUU remain at the forefront of innovative technologies. 4. Ongoing recommendations that lead to financial efficiencies where appropriate.
