| Tenders are invited for the construction of a recycables sales shop at Sunshine Coast Council's Buderim Resource Centre, located at Syd Lingard Drive, Buderim. The civil works including roads, car parks, retaining walls, in-ground services and the building slab have already been constructed. This phase of project consists of the construction of the recycables sales shop, and the installation of all fittings and fixtures within the shop. The total building area including the shop is approximately 850m2 and has been designed for the sale of recovered goods from the primary sort building and workshops. These goods have been collected from recycables and reusable materials which have been disposed of by the public at the facility.
