Chaplaincy and/or Pastoral care/ Student welfare services in Queensland State schools
The Department of Education, Training and Employment (the Principal) is seeking to establish a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) to provide chaplaincy and/or pastoral care/student welfare services (the Arrangement Services) in Queensland State schools.
The SOA will cover chaplaincy and/or pastoral care/student welfare services provided under both the State Government Chaplaincy/Pastoral Care Funding Program, and the Commonwealth National Schools Chaplaincy and Student Welfare Program.
Successful applicants will become an Accredited Employing Authority (AEA / Contractor) to provide the Arrangement Services in identified Queensland state schools. Contractors will be identified as either a:
• state-wide provider, or
• regional provider.
The number of Contractors selected will depend on the quality and quantity of responses received by the Principal to ensure that schools across the seven Education Queensland regions have access to an Accredited Employing Authority (AEA).
