Economic Development Queensland invites tenders for electrical reticulation, street lighting, substations and communications and gas trenching works of Stage 8A of the Fitzgibbon Chase development, Norris Road, Fitzgibbon, simultaneously with the construction of the completion of the Warrumbungle Parade connection.
As part of the construction of Stage 8A, EDQ require construction of some Early Works adjacent to and part of Stage 8A to allow services of the adjacent stage of the development to be completed. The work for this contract includes the electrical reticulation, street lighting, substations and communications and gas trenching works for a 48 lot subdivision located in Stage 8A (Lots 461 to 508). Warrumbungle Parade will be under construction concurrently. No allotments will be constructed with this works.
It is intended to novate the successful Electrical Contractor into the Civil Works contract.
