Agency Office Accommodation Plan
The purpose of the Agency Office Accommodation Plan (AOAP) is to assist agencies in the planning and management of their office accommodation by providing them with a structured approach that includes consideration of the following: - Alignment of office accommodation with broader corporate and whole of Government strategies and initiatives. - Establishment of plans, programs and budgets to acquire accommodation, make accommodation changes, or relinquish accommodation in accordance with whole-of-Government planning. - Ensuring that office accommodation demand is accurately forecast in terms of quantity, functionality and timing to reflect a proactive approach to accommodation planning rather than reactive. - Identifying opportunities for office accommodation to better support the strategic direction and business needs of an agency. - The development of accommodation cost budgets to maximise accommodation efficiency and overall savings. This particular AOAP is sought for a single Government department located across several locations within the Ipswich local area. The scope in terms of portfolio size is approximately 15,000m2.
