Provision of Civil Contractor - Area F1 - Fitzgibbon Chase - Stage F1
The Economic Development Queensland (EDQ) invites tenders for the construction of Stage F1 of the Fitzgibbon Chase development, Norris Road, Fitzgibbon.
The works involve the production of 41 residential allotments to be services by roadworks, stormwater drainage, water supply and sewer reticulation.
This will involve earthworks of approximately 14,000 cubic metres, road pavement area of approximately 3,000 square metres, stormwater drainage, 600 metres of 160mm sewer reticulation and 500 metres of water supply.
All works will be undertaken under the single Contract; however, all contractors are to submit with their tender detailed works construction programmes indicating the manner and timeframes for construction of all components of the contract. Consideration will be given to the tenders demonstrating the ability to undertake the works in a concise construction period.
