Provision of Civil Contractor - Fitzgibbon Chase - Stage 8A and Warrumbungle Parade Extension
The Urban Land Development Authority (ULDA) invites tenders for the construction of Stage 8A of the Fitzgibbon Chase development, Roghan Road, Fitzgibbon, simultaneously with the construction of the completion of the Warrumbungle Parade connection.
Part of the construction of Stage 8A, the ULDA requires construction of some Early Works adjacent to and part of Stage 8A, to allow services for the adjacent stage of the development to be completed.
All works will be undertaken under the single contract. Contractors are to submit with their tender detailed works construction programmes indicating the manner and timeframes for the construction of all three components of the contract.
Special consideration may be given to the contractor demonstrating short construction periods, particularly the early works component of the project.
