Valuation Services for the Nothern Pipeline Inter-connector Stage 2 Project
The Depatment of State Development, Infrastructure and Planning is seeking the services of a registered valuer within Queensland, to provide professional advice, market commentary and valuation reports to the Coordinator-General (CG). Additionally the valuer may be required to represent the department as an expert witness in the Land Court for matters relating to the compulsory acquisition of interests in land, and improvements where deemed necessary, for the Northern Pipeline Inter-connector Stage 2 Project (the Project)
