Pickering Bridge Replacement - Manufacture of Prestressed Concrete Deck Units
Council is undertaking the replacement of the existing timber bridge at Moy Pocket Road, approximately six (6) kilometres northeast of Kenilworth. The existing bridge will be replaced with a two-lane reinforced concrete bridge.
Council will be the Principal Contractor for the project which will be undertaken utilising a combination of Council's internal resources and external contractors.
Tenders are invited for the manufacture of prestressed concrete deck units for the new bridge. Alignment with the construction program will require the deck units to be available for loading from 15 August 2013. The actual dates for loading of the deck units will be coordinated with the successful contractor
