Queensland Rail communicates with a number of diverse and geographically dispersed audiences across Queensland on a wide range of issues. The complexity of communication varies by issue or subject. While Queensland Rail retains specialist communication staff, there will be a need at time to draw on external resources, skill and knowledge to achieve efficient and effective outcomes in the following communications areas: (a) Project Management; (b) Community Engagement; (c) Issues Management; (d) Media Management; (e) Government Relations; and (f) Marketing Collateral.
